Calling all Eagles and their families! On April 18th from 5:30-7:30 pm, McKenzie Little Eagles Preschool & Childcare Center will be hosting a Spring Fling Open House. The open house is during school-wide parent/teacher conferences, so stop by and check it out! Enjoy a delicious BBQ/potluck, play-based activities for children, and a night of community! All of our teachers have turned to higher education and professional development workshops to gain increased awareness of how to support our community’s youngest members. Others have also served in cohorts dedicated to mental health care for infants and toddlers. We are enrolling now for: Infant and toddler care Preschool (ages 3-5) Summer Progam Come take a tour and see what we are all about. We are so proud of our team’s hard work, and we hope you will join us at the potluck!

From the start of the school year to now, our Eagles have achieved remarkable milestones. What better way to mark 100 Days of School than with an in-class celebration? This Classroom Curiosity honors our dedicated students, some of whom embraced the occasion by dressing up as 100-year-olds. We're immensely proud and eagerly anticipate the adventures the rest of the year holds! Go Eagles!

There’s nothing better than beautiful weather and seeing our Eagles embrace their creativity! Classroom Curiosity is dedicated to the After School Program’s Family Game Night and Pizza Party, a night of community and fun. Students took part in LEGO building competitions and had the chance to soak up the sun while journaling outdoors. They also enjoyed delicious pizza and snapped photos in the photo booth.

Our 1st and 4th-grade classrooms had an exciting visit from the Oregon Department of Forestry and the United States Forest Service, accompanied by the beloved Smokey Bear. Our students enthusiastically engaged in learning about fire safety practices and the importance of preventing forest fires.

McKenzie Families, We are excited to announce that our Winter Sports Awards will be this Thursday, March 7th, at 6 pm in the new gym. We will be recognizing our 5th & 6th-grade boys basketball team, both middle school teams and our high school teams.
