Earth Science Field Trip

Last week, the 9-11 graders went on their year-end Earth Science field trip!

These students visited Koosah Falls, Fish Lake, Clear Lake and the Pacific Crest Trail. Students pieced together the geological story at each stop using maps, the formations around them, and their year of learnings in their Earth Science class. Retired USFS geologist David Kretzing joined us as a special guest and filled in the gaps in students' interpretations, offering in-depth explanations of the formation of our area.

From the looks of it, our Eagles had a wonderful time and were thrilled to have the opportunity once again to explore Oregon!
