Last year McKenzie School District discovered that Radon levels in the Pagoda basement exceeded EPA standards.  The basement was closed to use and the school began working on a Radon abatement solution.

A Radon abatement ventilation system has been installed in the basement and the Radon level have been retested.  All three Radon tests came back within the EPA safe levels.  The Pagoda basement will be reopened for use.
